Where did the name “TenForce” came from?
Impressed by thought provoking ideas in Andrew Grove’s book “Only the Paranoid Survive” we came to the name TenForce.
The name refers to chapter 2 in the book, “A ‘10×’ Change.”
A 10× change is in the words of Andrew Grove – Intel CEO – “A change in how some element of one’s business is conducted becomes an order of magnitude larger than what that business is accustomed to.”
TenForce wants to help its customers to become a 10× change itself and resist other 10× changes. In the end of course we want to become a 10× change ourselves.
