Unexpected Downtime

Hi,

We had some serious unexpected downtime this morning around 07:00 to 07:30 GMT. We are still figuring out with our hosting provider what went wrong. Apparently some maintenance operations at the hosting provider were started too early. We’re sorry for what happened and the delay it may have caused to our users. We’ll evaluate this as a serious incident and take the necessary measures to keep this from happening in the future.

One good thing though, mails started pouring in from our Beta-users complaining that the system was not available. That proves you actually need it. Of course we knew that, but we try to see to positive side in everything.
