Scrum Master/Product Owner
As a software development organization, we have adopted scrum for almost 3 years now.
(happily delivering sprint 69 at the time of writing)
It originated in our engineering team where we develop our own software product for pragmatic project management, a web based tool to drive & consolidate planning, meetings, issues, risks, resources, ...
Our product implementation projects are also scrum based. Our customers, even when not familiar with scrum, quickly adapt to the sprint rhythm. They particularly enjoy the fast delivery of the initial results.
As we gained some experience, we have built a specific version of our product to support scrum. Aptly called 'ScrumForce', it has support for stories, sprints, backlogs, burndowns, retrospectives and alike.
We are now looking for scrum specialists who can bring their experience to assist our customers switching to scrum.

Java Architect
We are looking for a Java application Architect.
Geek, passionate architect, semantically intrigued, mild craziness helpful.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the design of complex IT systems
- Create prototypes
- Write detailed design specifications
- Work with user experience researchers to design and observe usability studies
- Work with technical Semantic Web domain specialists to translate conceptual ideas into working systems
- Successfully communicate conceptual ideas and design rationale
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or related field
- At least 5+ years experience leading large design efforts and coordinating project teams of 4 or more members
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Ability to communicate design rationale and build consensus
- Ability to prioritize and manage work to critical project timelines in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to develop new approaches to complex design problems
- Must be organized, have an eye for detail, and be able to put ideas into a tangible form
- Familiarity with Linux/Solaris is a plus
- Knowledge of semantic technologies like RDF/OWL, Sparql is a plus
- English, Dutch or French
Java Developer
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work with advanced Java technologies in a high-tech environment within a team of specialists
- Develop & implement technical solutions and architectures
- Develop & build quality solutions with a focus on performances within technological constraints
- Combine conceptual thinking with technical features
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3 to 5 years experience
- English communication skills are a plus
Consultant
Are you good at listening and translating specific needs into software solutions?

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Implementing solutions based on our software
- Get to know out customers inside-out and communicate with all levels within the organisation
- Analyse & synthesize the needs within an organization
- Configure software applications & formulate user expectations to the development team
- Work structured, efficient and fast, while informing the development team about your progress
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2 to 5 years experience in implementing software
- Bilingual (Dutch, French)
- English communication skills are a plus
- Knowledge of and experience in management / project management
Sales Representative

In a competitive B2B environment you will bring an innovative but extremely pragmatic software solution. Supported by the pre sales team you can work independently and take initiatives. You can communicate on all levels of an organization. You master the sales process; from cold calling to the close.

- 1 to five years experience in B2B software sales or related activities in large and medium sized organizations.
- Fluent in Dutch and French. English is an asset.
- Knowledge about or experience with management/project management activities is a important advantage.
