04.01.08 - Shine the light on Luminus

Luminus, the second energy supplier on the Belgian market, decided to implement the TenForce solution.

In order to support the increasing volume and complexity of interactions in the Customer Services department Luminus was looking for a solution that was:

  • Simple and pragmatic
  • Flexible and future proof
  • Immediately available
  • Capable of supporting a wide range of activities
  • Able to bring visibility to all types of activities

Based on a documented set of requirements TenForce was selected. Available over the internet, TenForce was launched within 2 weeks after the first demo. One experienced TenForce consultant set up TenForce to manage data that was in numerous spreadsheet and emails before. The TenForce train the trainer approach assures that Luminus has the required expertise to operate and run TenForce.

In this way everybody involved in driving the Customer Services department (three locations & two languages) is able to define and follow up work from one single source. As a result time consuming checks, error prone exchanges of spreadsheets and low value tasks have been drastically eliminated. In addition real time dashboards and reports bring relevant data to everybody involved based on operational reality.
