TenForce, European EHSQ Software Provider Acquires Process Data Control Corp. to Strengthen US Footprint and EH&S Compliance Portfolio
Leuven, Belgium, November 9th, 2021 – TenForce, a European EHSQ software company (part of Elisa IndustrIQ), announces its acquisition of Process Data Control Corp. (PDC) a U.S.-based software and professional services provider focused on business process improvement and workflow automation related to Environmental, Health and Safety (EH&S) Compliance.
By integrating their software solutions and professional services, PDC and TenForce will accelerate their growth and develop their offering in conjunction with each other and as part of the global Elisa IndustrIQ companies.
PDC, a registered Professional Engineering firm in Texas, was founded in 1986 by partners Jerry O’Brien (President – Dallas-Fort Worth Headquarters), and Paul Nix (Vice-President – Houston Regional Office). The company mainly serves enterprise customers in industries such as chemicals manufacturing, oil refining, tire and rubber production, semi-conductor and electronics manufacturing, mining, aerospace, oil and gas development, and primary materials manufacturing.
PDC’s robust capabilities in the areas of data acquisition from enterprise-wide data sources and warehouses, air emissions management, ESG reporting and B-Corp certification, and hazardous waste compliance complement existing TenForce offering and create a more comprehensive EHSQ solution.
