Pragmatic Safety: Here’s the Podcast You’ve Been Waiting For
When you’re looking for educational content about safety in high-risk industries, there are plenty of training courses. But many of the most useful conversations about safety are harder to find. They happen between HSE leaders at trade fairs, during site visits or over coffee after an industry event. People compare what worked, what didn’t and what they’d do differently next time. The lessons are valuable, but too often, they stay in the room.
We created The Pragmatic Safety Podcast to bring those conversations into the open.
Hosted by TenForce COO Julia Dubois, the podcast brings together HSE leaders with hands-on experience in some of the world’s most demanding industrial environments. Each episode is a candid conversation about what works in the field from people who have lived through it.
At TenForce, we work closely with the people responsible for keeping complex operations safe, compliant and productive. We see the pressure they face up close — from changing regulations and limited resources to new technology and deeply ingrained ways of working. We also see how much practical knowledge exists across the industry, and how rarely it gets shared widely.

Every guest brings a different perspective. We’ll discuss safety leadership and culture, environmental performance, operational realities, and the changing role of AI and technology in HSE. But every episode has one thing in common: useful lessons grounded in real experience.
